These are a few projects I got the opportunity to work on during my summer internship at Southwest Airlines.
Communications & Outreach 2018 Annual Meeting
The Creative Studio Team had a "friendly" design-off to develop the event's branding, name tags, slides, swag, and more. I had the opportunity to pitch the following concept & collateral to the C&O's Annual Meeting Organizing Committee. The meeting is at the Arboretum with a theme of "Transformation", so I focused on the continuous movement, transformative colors, and reflective details of butterflies you may see there.
Branded Invitations, Posters, and Cards
These are a variety of deliverables that were designed following the Southwest Airlines Brand Guideline. These were produced for external marketing and promotional purposes.
Technical Operations Banquet Invitation
I was able to pitch an invitation design for the Tech Ops Banquet with a "Hawaiian Elegance" theme. This invitation I pitched to the Tech Ops team was inspired by the services that Southwest Airlines offers - air transport; therefore, a boarding pass concept was born.
LUVLines is a monthly internal publication for Southwest Airlines that gets distributed to 50,000+ employees. It contains stories of encouragement, business updates, and events. I got the chance to make a contribution to the July, August, and September issues.
